1. About the Service

Picvelo is a photo gallery platform for photographers and their clients. These terms govern your use of the service. By registering or using Picvelo, you agree to these conditions.

2. Creating an Account

To use Picvelo as a photographer, create an account with:

• A unique username
• A valid email address
• A password (minimum 8 characters)

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Picvelo, you agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable law
• Keep your login credentials private
• Only upload content you have the right to use

4. Plans and Payments

Picvelo offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 3 albums, 10 clients, and 2 GB of storage. No custom watermark or logo.
• Pro: Unlimited albums, custom watermark, your own logo, and analytics.
• Studio: Everything in Pro, plus team management for up to 10 members.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime — your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Your Photos, Your Rights

Your content belongs to you:

• You keep full copyright to every photo you upload
• We never claim any rights to your content
• Photos are stored solely to provide the service
• We recommend keeping your own backups

6. Limitations

Please keep in mind:

• The service is provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• We do our best to keep the service secure and available
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance

7. Client Accounts

As a photographer, you can create accounts for your clients so they can view and select photos. You are responsible for obtaining your client's consent to process their personal data (name, email) within Picvelo.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. We encourage you to read it.

9. Closing Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. This permanently removes all your data, galleries, photos, and client information. We may also suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Picvelo's design, interface, code, logo, and name are protected by copyright. Please do not copy or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Picvelo after changes means you accept them.
