4. How We Protect Your Data

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it when necessary: with Stripe for payment processing, with our email provider for system notifications, and with authorities if required by law.

Under GDPR, you can:
- View all personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict how we process your data
- Export your data to another service

8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data only as long as needed. Account data is stored until you delete your account. Activity logs are kept for 12 months. Billing records are retained as required by tax regulations.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service. Continuing to use Picvelo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
